Virginia has served as Operations Manager for WYCC, Chicago's public television station, co-founded and operated a construction firm with clients including the Adler Planetarium, and held management and fiscal coordination roles for the City Colleges of Chicago. That breadth of experience gives her a ground-level understanding of what it takes to run a lean, accountable organization.
